Hey All,

We just got married on 17the Jan. We have been planning for Andaman Trip for our honeymoon
since long, & had been looking for a suitable and feasibly priced package. Through a website
that suggests different tour operators, we got in touch with Kavita from ………………

She provided us with in different package itineraries, and we selected one that suited us the most.
She gave all the help needed in explaining the sightseeing, beaches, facilities, accommodations,
etc, and we had an amazing time on our honeymoon.

Our stay in Port Blair had been at Palm Groove Resort & Eco Villa in Havelock Island, both the
resorts have been very good with provided excellent services.

The beaches & islands of Andaman, including Corbyn\'s Cove Beach, Radhanagar Beach,
Elephant Beach, North Bay, Havelock, Wandoor, Jolly Bouy; visiting all had been an enthralling
& amazing experience. And the evening walk at the beaches is very peaceful & soul-touching.

We just loved being there & enjoyed each & every moment spent there. Also, the water sports
there are so fine and thrilling. We went for Scuba Diving, Sea Walking, Snorkeling, Jet Ski,
Speed Boat Ride, Sofa Ride, Banana Ride, all these activities there are simply unforgettable. The
corals, fishes, and sea creatures, all are so colorful & magnificent, that one would not be able to
take their eyes away.

Andaman is the best place, where you can enjoy the serenity of nature and thrill of water sports,
with helpful & good locales. The memories of Andaman Honeymoon Package will always
remain in our heart & mind as one of the best times of our life.

For Hotel
(1) Guest Accommodation in Kolkata: is Average;
There is very poor response from hotel when we reach the Hotel and Food Quality is also poor.
Hotel is quite dirty and no proper cleaning in overall Hotel.

(2) Hotel Ananad Place in Darjeeling:- my serious suggestion that never recommend Hotel Anand Palace, Darjeeling to any body as the worst Hotel I have seen in my Life.
Location of the Hotel is very Poor and very dirty surrounding area.
Food quality of Anand Palace is Horrible & worst.
Even there is no proper cleaning in Hotel and service also poor. Taking so much time even after demanding.

While Rest of the Hotels are OK.
Food Quality & service of the Hotel New Castle, DE Regency & Fortuna Resort are quite good.


For FAIR TRIP:
(3) Regarding Fair Trip Service - Average & not up to the Mark.
As Mr. Hari (who is coordinator for tour) has never contact us for tour program and guideline.

Response from Kavita & Mr. Yogesh are good, but there is very poor response from Mr. Hari who appointed as coordinator for tour.
As a coordinator he has to meet us for tour guide at least beginning, but he never met us during tour. Even he has not call us for tour program, and daily evening we are forced to call Mr. Hari for next day program rather than he has to inform / intimate to us. We made lot of phone calls daily for follow up program. There is very very poor response from Mr. Hari.

Even there is no proper communication with vehicle driver and every time we are guiding for places to visit.
