Each one of these ethereal homes has been transplanted piece by piece, all the way from Kerala, recreating the resplendence of a time gone by. Despite retaining their heritage with ornate woodwork, craftsmanship and furniture, these masterpieces of the 18th and 19th century incorporate modern living convenience and quite a few innovations thrown in, like cable TV, air-conditioning and even a shower open to the sky. |

Owned by a wealthy landlord of Kuttanad, Kerala, this house was where many of the local disputes were settled during the time of the Kings. A typical, classic house in timber and tile. This building houses now a spacious Treatment & Health Centre, fully equipped with 8 treatment rooms, 4 herbal steam bath and other Ayurvedic treatment facilities of exceptional quality. |

With an area of 169. sq. mt. this assembly hall can accommodate a gathering of 75 people, a magical spot only to be seen to believe. |
